HEAL, BIND, RAISE

This is the work of the Three Angel’s Messages, as found in Revelation 14:6-12, to restore, or, heal, the image of GOD in man.

We can find this conceptual Truth running its way all through the Bible, as shown in the example above – Hosea 6:1-3. To which, not only does it have three verses therein in number, but those same three verses are in reference to the Three Angel’s Messages, as they show the purpose of them – to bring about the work of healing and restoration.

What does this mean? “‘Present Truth’ is A Time To Heal.”

Let us take a brief moment to answer this vital question, as it is one of infinite worth.
‘Knowing the time’ in our everyday lives is of very high importance, as most would agree. No matter what your lifestyle, your occupational status, your recreational activities, etc. we all need to know the time for one thing or the other. Often times, when we do not have the time or there is nothing around us showing the time, we tend to feel ‘lost’ or may become disorientated not knowing whether we’re coming or going. Without the time there wouldn’t be much we could be able to do, as life is built upon time, and time is built upon our life.

Time is a precious gift from GOD given to us, in fact, it could be seen as the most valuable out of every gift He gives to each and everyone of us, and is to be used wisely, as once time is lost, it is lost, it is cannot be found again, unlike most of other things in life, such as even money, which ‘comes and goes’. Money on the other hand, is also a gift from GOD, to be used for His glory and honor, however, this is not always so, as many waste it on choosing to live a selfish life for themselves, and not for GOD and others. These are but a few of the ‘Talents’, or, gifts, lent of GOD on to us which He then requires to be returned to Him, we read of the parable of the Talents in Matthew 25:14-30.

What is ‘Present Truth’?
Present Truth is Truth which especially applies to the time of history in which we presently live. There are many Truths in the Bible, however, it is ‘Present Truth’, which we mostly need now. As we read and study the Bible, we can learn and understand that we are living in the end days, or, the ‘time of the end’, as spoken of Daniel 11:40, in particular. As from what we find therein, we see is in reality happening in the world all around us, this should make us believe even more so that the Word of GOD is Truth.

Biblical Examples of ‘Time’:

Ecc 3:1  To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

Rom 13:11  And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.
Rom 13:12  The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.

Isa 21:11  The burden of Dumah. He calleth to me out of Seir, Watchman, what of the night? Watchman, what of the night?
Isa 21:12  The watchman said, The morning cometh, and also the night: if ye will enquire, enquire ye: return, come.

Ecclesiastes 3 – A Time For Everything

As is the name of this organization, ‘A Time To Heal’, taken from the above portion of Scripture, Ecclesiastes 3 (verse 3), there is “a time for everything.”

We are currently living within a time in which the LORD is healing or restoring, rebuilding and gathering His chosen people unto Himself here at the end of the world.

The Work, above all else, that GOD desires to do in and through His people, is the Work of restoring His image in man, whom has become distant and separate, because of our sinful choices, from GOD over the many generations of history.

As we are now at the end of the world, this proves that Jesus Christ is soon to return to this earth again, and He is only going to take with Himself to Heaven those whom reflect His pure, holy and perfect character, that is what He is waiting for and why He has not yet come. Though, soon and very soon, He will come and will not delay His coming any longer. Which is why it is Today, “Now (Today) is the day of Salvation” (2 Corinth 6:2), that we must be restored and healed that we may be ready to meet Him. And so, truly it can be said, Today is ‘A Time To Heal.’

 

 

 

 

A “healthy body equals a healthy mind”, most people know of this well-known quote, and it has accompanied to it a true signification, which will be addressed as we proceed further on in this article.

Although, the title of this reading seems to infer ‘one over the other’ – body over mind, the fact is, they both, mind and body, concordantly affect one another, as they are very closely connected. If one is affected, the other reacts to it, the body affects the mind, and the mind affects the body also. This subject matter, of the relationship between the mind and the body, is one of high importance, and I would also strongly suggest, should be studied and understood by us all.

THE MIND

Found within the Bible we read that the word ‘mind’ is synonymous with words such as ‘heart’ and ‘soul’. For example the following in the Gospel’s of Matthew, Mark and Luke:

Based on the examples shown, words spoken by Christ Himself, we can see that when Jesus speaks to His disciples, teaching them how to keep the Commandments of GOD, they are instructed to love the LORD GOD with all the heart, mind, soul and strength. He repeats this instruction over and again, as their must be much importance to these words.

We can find the same words of Christ both in the Old Testament, Deuteronomy (please see below) as well as, the New Testament, in the Gospel’s of Matthew, Mark and Luke, as earlier mentioned.

THE BODY

Jesus Christ, the Son of GOD, kept His Father’s Commandments, He kept them all, always. Therefore, He does not teach others to do that which He knew they could not do, He knew from the beginning what will take place in the end. Christ only commands in love, not forcefully, He has lived a life of perfect example, showing to others that the Law of GOD can be obeyed. It is by faith in Christ and by the power of the Holy Spirit we also can do the same.

If the body, which is the temple, or dwelling place, of the Holy Spirit (see 1 Corin 3:16, 17, 19; 2 Corin 6:16) is kept fit and healthy, then the Spirit of GOD can dwell within and give power to keep the whole being, mind, body and soul, in good health. This is but the result of living a life which is healthy, and will in turn be a blessing to all who follow GOD’S way.

Note how there is a ‘doubling’, or repetition in the numbers of this Scripture, Eccles chapter ‘3’ and verse ‘3’, the LORD does not repeat something to us which is of no great consequence. Therefore, I would submit to you, that we are in such a ‘time’ as this, that is, “a time to heal”, that we must be preparing, even as far as to be prepared, to meet Thy GOD.
