Health For The Soul

When we see occurrences in the Bible of the word “heal”, as used within the name of this organization, “A Time To Heal”, this is synonymous to the words “restore”, “gather” or “bind”. (There are/is further developing studies/information available on this highly important subject which can be accessed in the ‘Resources’, ‘Links’, as well as, ‘Recent Posts’ (‘Home’ page), sections of the website.)

We are living at a time of this earth’s history which is especially significant to our Eternal destiny, time is short. For every living soul, everyday, we have a part to play in what will be our destiny, by our own choices, it will determine the end-result.

Health is a choice, and there is an intimately close relationship between both the physical and Spiritual beings of the Human Body. We have been created by a Creator, a Supreme Being, Whom the Bible teaches has made man in His own image (Genesis 1:27).
Therefore, the physical and Spiritual, as well as, the mental elements of our being, are all uniquely designed to serve a purpose, and that purpose is to live a life which will promote and produce optimal health in all these three areas; Spiritual, Physical and Mental.

As we live such a life, one of which brings good health, our lives will show it, others will notice a vastly significant difference in us compared to those who maybe are not taking as much care in their overall lifestyle and well-being. All we are here to do, is to live and serve GOD, the Creator of Heaven and earth, with all the blessings, of life and health and happiness which He daily bestows for our care and peace. May we each live up to His High and Holy purpose for each of us.

Health For The Mind

In turn, if the Soul and Body are healthy then similarly and equally the Mind will be healthy also, as we looked at previously, there is a close connection between these three areas of our being; Soul, Body and Mind.

The Human Body is the most efficiently designed machine ever built in the history of the world. And every ‘design’ has a designer. GOD is the Great Creator and Designer of this truly amazing machine called the Human Body.

If we take good care of our health, it will take good care of us. This is how we have been made, every ‘action’ has a ‘reaction’, every ’cause’ has an ‘effect’ and whatsoever we ‘sow’ that will we also ‘reap’.
